С виду - вообще зацепиться не к чему. Салон идеальный, кузов идеальный, пробег примерно к 120тыс миль по тормозным дискам.

Это конченый хлам. Если указано TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE и SALVAGE TITLE значит авария была серьезная, машина восстановлению не подлежит, по крайней мере в США. Такие машины вывозят обычно в литву и там в гаражах собирают франкенштейнов из 2-3 машин.

Машину смотрел визуально она не битая есть места покраса,единственное что смутило это горит аирбэг при включенном двигателе и не тухнет.

О какой "этой записи" идет речь?
Машину вывезли в декабре 12, значит, в Казахстан она пришла примерно в феврале 13. Дальше прокомментировать не могу - не знаком хорошо с казахстанскими правилами растаможки. У меня клиенты из РК забирали либо в Клайпеде (оттуда тащили литовскими траками), либо я просто отправлял контейнер через Китай.
То, что не гаснет подушка - плохо. Впрочем, банально мог отломаться контакт в сиденье. А пассажирская подушка инициируется?
По реколлу все просто - заменить блок управления стеклами

Запись про реколл с 15 года которая вылезла. Это как понимаю просто рекомендация для замены. Машина да по тех паспорту в 13 году зарегестрирована. Не обратил внимания на пасажирскую, а где она инициируется? До этого была камри 45 и знаю, что при посадке пассажира на панели с рядом часами загорается индикатор "airbag on". Искал этот контакт под сиденьем не нашел. Возможно и отломался контакт буду делать полную диаг.
